1. You must be 18 years of age or older to stream or view content on this website. No exceptions.
   

2. All content sexualizing real, individual children is prohibited. This rule includes:
   2.1 Video/photo edits
   2.2 Streams that encourage the sharing of media containing children
   2.3 Glorifying or discussion of real child abuse, pornography, or modeling.
   THIS INCLUDES DISCUSSIONS OF PERSONAL EXPERIENCES.
   
3. Streamed content:
   3.1 You may not broadcast real life gore content, self-harm, or dead individuals of any type.
   3.2 Content featuring child actors may not be broadcast alongside ANY kind of pornographic content. This includes actors who may be confused as children at first glance.
   3.3 Content featuring child actors, for instance a movie or TV show, is permitted as long as the children are not scantily clothed or naked. Such content must be removed from your stream if your chat gets out of hand.
   3.4 The broadcaster, or a stream-moderator the broadcaster has designated, must be present at all times. If this is not possible, your chat must be in emote only mode.
   3.5 Regarding online games such as VRChat and Second Life: Avoid lewd content in public regions where the age of participants cannot be verified. It is preferable that lewd content be in controlled, non-public, sections.
   3.6 If streaming a movie and your viewers start sexualizing the child actors, stop them and delete the messages. Failure to do so will result in your stream being shut down.
   3.7 The showing of real human genitalia on stream is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, amateur and professionally produced pornographic content. Incidental displays, such as a scene of full frontal nudity in a movie or TV show where the focus of the presentation is not pornographic, is not subject to this rule. It is acceptable to have a reference image for art or modeling streams but only if you are actively using said reference.
   
4. Long duration streams:
   4.1 If you wish to broadcast content for extended periods of time, you must have some type of actual content being broadcast at all times, not just a static image. Sleep/AFK streams are permitted.
   
5. Content anywhere on the website:
   5.1 Images of real children may not be posted ANYWHERE on the website. This includes profile pictures, stream page assets, the gallery, channel emotes, and the help desk.
   5.2 Sharing or solicitation of contact information (IDs) for Session, Tox, or Wickr is forbidden, as this is considered sharing illicit materials. Other platforms may be subject to this rule, at moderator’s discression.
   
6. Special notice regarding generated content (AI):
   6.1 Content that can easily be mistaken for a real child, even if not real (for instance, an AI generated image), is prohibited. This rule may also apply to 3D or dolls.
   
7. Gallery content:
   7.1 Absolutely no photographs are permitted, pornographic or otherwise. The gallery is for 2d/3d art.
   
8. Special context:
   8.1 Clipping (/clip in chat) is permitted as long as only small sections of the broadcast is clipped. Misuse of this feature may result in it being disabled.

9. Não faça transmissão (live stream) ou poste crianças insuficientemente vestidas, de forma provocativa ou sensual. Se você está em dúvida se algum conteúdo é permitido, por favor entre em contato com a staff. (lista). Quebrar esta regra fará com que você seja banido permanentemente ou receberá um aviso único, dependendo do conteúdo.
10. Você deve ter pelo menos 18 anos para fazer/assistir transmissão ou qualquer conteúdo neste site. Se descobrirmos alguém menor de idade, este será banido.
11. Não transmita nem poste assassinatos ou gore (sangue) real. Isto significa não transmitir pessoas mortas ou auto-mutilação. Este site não é para esse tipo de conteúdo.
12. Todo conteúdo que sexualiza crianças reais e individuais é proibido, inclusive edições de vídeo/foto, transmissões que incentivam compartilhar mídia contendo crianças, bem como glorificar ou discutir experiências de abuso/pornografia de crianças reais ou do setor de moda infantil.
    Em geral, transmitir vídeos de crianças sem razão aparente é considerado sexualização.
    Observação: Esta regra não proíbe a transmissão de filmes com atores infantis, apenas certifique-se de que eles não apareçam nus ou vestidos de forma inadequada. Se você estiver transmitindo um filme e seus espectadores começarem a sexualizar as crianças, interrompa-os e exclua as mensagens. Se isso não for feito, sua transmissão será encerrada.
13. Não faça upload de fotos/gifs de crianças reais em nenhum lugar do Pomf, incluindo (mas não se limitando a) imagens na transmissão, imagens no perfil, ou imagens no helpdesk.
14. Imagens fotorrealistas criadas por IA (aquelas que podem ser confundidas com fotografias reais) que sexualizam crianças são proibidas, mesmo que o indivíduo retratado não seja real. As imagens serão tratadas como se fossem reais se não for possível determinar conclusivamente que são falsas.
    Observação: Em certos casos, esta regra também pode se aplicar a computação gráfica 3D e fotografias de bonecas. Se não tiver certeza, pergunte primeiro a um membro da equipe.
15. Específico à galeria: Não faça upload de nenhuma imagem real. A galeria é para arte 2D/3D, não para imagens da vida real, pornográficas ou não.

Observação: Nós não fiscalizamos o que você faz fora do Pomf ou dos serviços relacionados ao Pomf. Isso seria trabalhoso demais e facilmente pessoas poderiam se passar por outras. Nós apenas aplicamos punição para as regras quebradas neste site, nos chats ou qualquer website listado nessa página de regras. Nós podemos punir por assédio, mas apenas se for demonstrado evidência o suficiente.
