Direct Messages & Communication

Access: Direct messages (DMs) are treated as private. Only Level 2 administrators and above have access, and such access is strictly for moderation and resolving disputes, the necessity and definition of which falling exclusively under administrative discretion.
Account Deletion: When you delete your account, most of your data is removed. However, for technical and security reasons, certain data may be retained:
- Direct Message records involving users who have been banned.
- Chat messages sent to other users, due to a system limitation (site crashing) when accounts with a lot of messages are deleted.
- Admittance of breaking the law will get you banned and with all information shared and reported to the authorities

User-Generated Content (UGC)

Ownership: All content you upload remains your property.
Service Rights: However, content such as streams and video-on-demand (VoDs) produced via our service is considered the property of the Service (Pomf) and may not be shared externally without explicit consent from both Pomf and the original streamers.
Usage: By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the site (Such as displaying stream thumbnails that are uploaded for this purpose, or other content uploaded in areas designed to be shared) in accordance with our Terms of Service.

We implement measures to keep your data secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, please understand that no security system is impenetrable.
We always suggest using a VPN to access the internet to keep yourself safe.
